After the Season 20 or C1S1 update earlier this week, Battlegrounds Mobile India gamers have been experiencing some troubles. The problems involve unicorn-themed clothes, a login reward, UC (in-game currency) purchases, and other things. Krafton, a South Korean developer, has acknowledged the problems and is working to resolve them. With over 34 million players in the first week of its introduction on July 2, Battlegrounds Mobile India has become a tremendously popular battle royale mobile game in India.

The first major content update for Battlegrounds Mobile India, version 1.5.0, was published earlier this week, bringing a slew of new features and modifications to the game. However, some gamers have complained about various concerns that have arisen as a result of the new alterations. Players wearing Unicorn-themed attire have been known to get stuck at the loading screen. Krafton is working to rectify the problem, and players should refrain from wearing this costume set until the problem is resolved.

Another difficulty that Battlegrounds Mobile India users had was that the award for the ‘Bring on the Heat’ event on Login Day 2 was displayed as Mission Card (S19), despite the fact that Season 19 had already been completed. The developer has already addressed this issue, and the award now displays Mission Card (M1) in accordance with the new season format. Those who were affected were given a Mission Card as compensation (M1).

When purchasing the in-game money UC in Battlegrounds Mobile India, some players are obtaining an error notice that says “UC not being claimed occasionally after purchase.” While there is no immediate solution, Krafon has advised gamers to contact customer service via Settings > Basic > Customer Service in-game.

On its tracking page, the developer has also reported a few more bugs, including “Not able to claim intermittently rewards from Daily Special Bundle” and “Moving to an incorrect page while using Supply Medal claimed from Advanced Supplies Crate.”

These are the most recent difficulties that Battlegrounds Mobile India players have reported following the version 1.5.0 upgrade. Previously, Krafton had mentioned that there was no Super Smooth option in graphics settings, that players were unable to alter the Sprint button in controls settings, and that players were unable to go to on-going events using Mini Ray TV. The first two problems were fixed with a patch, while the developer is still working on the remaining problems.
